Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented side dish made with variety of vegetables (mainly with napa cabbage, radish and cucumber) with seasoning. Also named top healthiest superfood in the world filled with antioxidants and vitamins. We will be making two different types of kimchi in class (cabbage/radish & stuffed cucumber) and learn the art of fermentation and pickling process. Guests will go home with jars of kimchi to share with their family and friends. Drinks and kimchi inspired snacks (kimchi pancake, kimchi/tuna stuffed rice balls, kimchi pork wrap) will be served.
